Responsible for running the Planet Fitness group fitness program (PE@PF). This includes assisting new members in achieving their fitness goals by designing simple workout programs and instructing them on proper equipment use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and manage the PE@PF program, including scheduling.
• Consult with members on fitness goals and instruct on safe equipment use.
• Promote PE@PF class sign-ups creatively.
• Create bi-weekly exercise updates.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and traffic.
• Assist with front desk activities: answering phones, member check-in, new member sign-up, tours, and updating member information.
• Respond professionally to member questions and concerns, escalating as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the club.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Honesty and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Passion for fitness and health
• Punctuality and reliability
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Active fitness trainer certification

Physical Demands:

• Standing and walking for at least 75% of the shift
• Talking in person or on the phone for at least 75% of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
