Job summary

Planet Fitness in North Charleston is looking for a Fitness Trainer to enhance the member experience. You will create and manage fitness programs, engage members on the club floor, and provide support in their fitness journeys. Candidates should be customer service-oriented and possess a Nationally Certified Training Certificate. This role includes responsibilities such as scheduling fitness classes, conducting tours for prospective members, and maintaining cleanliness. Qualifications

• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create class schedules for members and conduct fitness orientations.
• Engage members on the club floor regarding their fitness goals.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and provide support to members.
• Conduct member tours and assess membership needs.
• Regularly clean and sanitize exercise equipment and facilities.
