Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified.

Responsibilities

• Create a class schedule for members.
• Engage with members on fitness goals and equipment usage.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members and upholding club policies.
• Perform comprehensive walk of fitness areas for member experience.
• Answer phones and assist callers courteously.
