Pay Range

Base pay ranges from $18.00/hr. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Please discuss with your recruiter for more details.

Requirements

• Must provide proof of vaccination.
• Customer service background required, sales experience preferred.
• Previous boxing or martial arts experience is a plus but not necessary; full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training: Provide high-energy personal attention, explain and demonstrate exercises, motivate members.
2. Selling: Convert first-time free workouts into memberships, with additional commissions for new sign-ups.
3. Cleaning: Maintain a clean and sanitized environment following scheduled cleaning routines.
