Planet Fitness in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking Fitness Trainers to join our team and help members achieve their goals. The trainer will design personalized exercise programs and ensure safe, effective workouts while delivering a superior Judgment Free experience!

Responsibilities

• Design individual exercise programs for each member based on their experience, medical background and goals.
• Develop safe, effective exercise programs appropriate for individuals who are healthy or have medical clearance to exercise.
• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring a judgment-free experience.

• This position has a $1/hour premium added to any hours worked 10:00 PM-6:00 AM.
• Reimbursement available for Nationally Recognized Certified Training Certificate (not required for hire) up to $300 for the certification. If candidate does not have a certification upon hire, they will be hired in as a Member Service Representative, and need to obtain certification within 6 months from hire date.

As a Planet Fitness Trainer, You Would Be

• Designing individual exercise programs for each member based on their exercise experience, medical background and personal goals.
• Develop and implement exercise programs that are safe, effective and appropriate for individuals who are apparently healthy or have medical clearance to exercise.
• The Fitness Trainer is responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests and ensuring an exceptional "Judgement Free" member experience!
