Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Robbinsville, NJ is seeking passionate team members to welcome guests, share the OTF concept, and guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout. You will partner with trainers to showcase our studio and help new members begin their fitness journey.

This role includes paid training, competitive compensation, a free studio membership, product discounts, flexible scheduling, a casual dress code, and growth opportunities toward ownership within our expanding

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, face-to-face and written.
• Experience in customer service or fitness retail is a plus.
• Passion for fitness and Orangetheory brand.

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Present the OTF concept to interested individuals, also known as intros.
• Give studio tours to prospective members.
• Work with trainers to guide intros through the first Orangetheory workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up on prospective clients.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.
