Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Norcross is seeking energetic teammates to warmly greet guests, present the OTF concept, and guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout with trainers’ support.

You will help grow memberships, follow up with prospective clients, and participate in marketing events while keeping the studio clean and organized. This role emphasizes a collaborative, fitness-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
