Job summary

Pure Barre Mansfield is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee all studio sales functions and drive membership and retail growth. The role involves leading a team, generating new business, and delivering exceptional client service daily.

Expect collaboration with the corporate team and active involvement in events and promotions. Qualified candidates have 2+ years in fitness sales, strong leadership, and outstanding communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness sales experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and training of Sales Reps.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking.
• Membership and retail sales.
• Manage staff schedule.
• Supervise Sales Representatives.
• Collect outstanding dues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Enforce studio policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service at the studio to members via in person, phone and email.
• Become proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client accounts and sales opportunities.
• Contact prospects/leads to schedule barre classes and enroll them in a membership.
• Drive and retain retail and membership sales.
• Maintain staff organization and studio cleanliness.
• Enforce customer-related policies and procedures.
• Ensure forms and studio literature are stocked and visible.
• Participate in networking/community events to coordinate with Corporate.
• Assist with light operational duties like ordering, scheduling, and social media.
• Other duties as assigned.
