Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness realm.

Responsibilities

• High focus on lead outreach, conversion and generation
• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm
• Give studio tours and sell memberships
• Follow up with prospective members
• Handle member concerns in a professional manner
• Participate in marketing and outreach events
• Work with manager to hit monthly KPIs
• Cross-train with Operations Manager
