Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic individuals to join our Danbury studio and share our story with guests who walk through the door. You will welcome visitors with enthusiasm, introduce the Orangetheory concept, and guide them through intros and initial workouts to showcase the experience.

Team members collaborate with trainers, promote memberships, and participate in outreach events while keeping the studio organized.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as intros
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
