Orangetheory Fitness in Ventura invites energetic individuals to join our team as guest services and membership consultants. You will greet visitors, present the OTF concept, give studio tours, guide intros with trainers, and sell memberships to help the studio thrive.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet everyone entering the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.
• Present the OTF concept to interested consumers, aka “intros.”
• Give studio tours.
• Work with trainers to guide intros through the first Orangetheory workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up on prospective clients.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep all areas of the studio clean and organized.
