The Exercise Coach is seeking a Certified Exercise Coach in Flower Mound, TX. You will provide one-on-one and small-group strength-training sessions using our technology-driven approach to deliver efficient, personalized workouts.
Training and certification are provided; CPR/AED and The Exercise Coach Certification Course are required. You’ll develop coaching, sales, and studio operations skills while helping clients achieve meaningful results.

Extensive personal-training experience is not required. We can teach you our methodology, technology, and business systems. What you must bring is integrity, personal responsibility, genuine care for people, and a willingness to learn and be coached.
As a Certified Exercise Coach, you will provide one-on-one and small-group strength-training instruction to clients with different goals, abilities, and physical limitations.
This is not a conventional personal-training position. Our coaches use proprietary technology and a defined methodology to deliver safe, efficient, and highly personalized workouts while creating an exceptional client experience.
For someone with the right aptitude and initiative, this role also offers opportunities to develop skills in client consultations, relationship-based sales, retention, studio operations, and business performance.
You may be a strong fit if you are:
Personal-training experience is helpful but not required. Experience in fitness, client service, hospitality, education, healthcare, or consultative sales may also be valuable.
A degree in exercise science, kinesiology, health, or a related field is preferred but not required.
