Job summary

Exercise Coach USA, LLC is seeking a full-time fitness professional in New Jersey to lead individual and small-group exercise sessions. No prior fitness experience is necessary, and training will be provided, ensuring all employees are equipped with the Exercise Coach methods.

The role involves client consultations, tracking fitness results, and growing the business. Ideal candidates have a passion for health and fitness along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• No fitness experience required; personal training experience prioritized.
• Must complete Exercise Coach Certification Course and Nutrition Playbook Certification.
• Valid CPR/AED certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with clients
• Lead individual and small-group exercise sessions
• Track fitness results for clients and provide client education
• Grow the business through selling monthly and package sessions
• Measure success by tracking studio metrics

Qualifications

• No fitness experience is required; experience in personal training or small-group fitness instruction is prioritized.
• All employees receive full training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies.
• Must be able and willing to participate in the exercise and nutrition methodology.
• Successful completion of The Exercise Coach Certification Course.
• Successful completion of Nutrition Playbook Certification Course.
• Valid CPR/AED certificate from a nationally-recognized provider.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.
• Passion for health & fitness.
• Good communication skills.
• People skills and personality; ability to work energetically with clients.
• Fundamental knowledge of exercise science and human biology (working knowledge of human body).
