Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is seeking a Fitness Specialist to supervise the exercise floor, conduct assessments, and create personalized exercise prescriptions. You will ensure safety, run incentive programs, and assist with group classes while delivering exceptional member service.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, experience with fitness assessments, and the ability to work independently. A pathway for career growth is provided through internal training and FA opportunities.

• Willingness to supervise and guide exercise floor activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise exercise activities and monitor participants for safety.
• Create, implement and evaluate incentive programs to improve adherence.
• Develop and instruct group exercise classes and teach class methods.
• Assist with program development, testing and participant instruction.
• Occasionally travel to other fitness locations as needed and support projects.
