Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Physical Education or related field.

• Experience administering physical assessments and prescribing exercise.
• Master’s degree and professional certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical assessments and prescriptive exercise programming.
• Monitor exercise floor safety and assist members with questions.
• Schedule and administer health risk assessments.
• Prescribe individualized exercise programs per guidelines.
• Ensure equipment cleanliness and maintenance daily.
• Develop member incentive programs and promote club services.
• Keep program information up to date and assist with promotions.
• Demonstrate proficiency with computer hardware and software.
