Job summary

D1 Training is seeking a high-energy Fitness Sales Specialist in Brandon, FL to drive outbound outreach and convert leads into trial bookings and memberships. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective athletes, guiding them into the right training program and hitting sales targets.

Expect fast-paced outreach, clear goals, and growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding fitness brand. Previous fitness industry exposure is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and follow-up.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.
• Organized and disciplined with lead management.
• High energy, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Customer service experience (fitness industry a plus, not required).

Responsibilities
