Responsibilities

• Be a great ambassador and promoter of Workout Anytime, our brand, clubs, and services.
• Greet and check in members, making them feel welcome and essential.
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
• Assist members with equipment and workouts.
• Sell and set up new memberships and generate referrals from existing members.
• Assist with the club’s daily maintenance and other tasks as assigned by management.
• Create relationships inside and outside the gym.
• Participate in or manage various marketing events.
• Follow up on incoming leads from the web, renewals, and other lead lists via phone and email.

Requirements

• Positive, upbeat, outgoing, and courteous personality.
• Experience in direct customer‑facing positions, fitness industry, or sales.
• Preferred: previous gym employment or passion for fitness and wellness; general knowledge of gym equipment & fitness; previous direct sales experience (not retail).
• Quick, adaptive learner who takes initiative independently.
