D1 Training in Wayne, NJ is seeking a high-energy Fitness Sales Recruiter to drive outbound outreach, set appointments for free trials, and guide prospects through the membership sales process. You will be the first point of contact for potential athletes, responsible for turning leads into committed members.

This role emphasizes fast-paced outreach and clear, goal-driven performance with growth opportunities within a national fitness brand.

Formación

• 1+ year of sales experience (inside sales, fitness or similar).
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and follow-up.
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups to new and existing leads.
• Set appointments for free trials, consultations, and workouts.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries (speed matters).
• Guide prospects through the sales process from first contact to membership.
• Recommend the right training program based on goals.
• Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in the CRM.
• Consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Position Overview

This is not a “stand behind the desk and wait” role. We’re looking for a high-energy Fitness Sales Recruiter who thrives on outbound outreach, appointment setting, and converting leads into committed members. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective athletes, responsible for driving trial bookings and guiding them into the right training program.
