Workout Anytime China Grove is seeking a driven Fitness Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and help members transform their lives through fitness. You will build relationships, close memberships, and guide a small team in a fast-paced club environment.

This role combines health passion with leadership, frontline member tours, local marketing, and performance tracking to meet monthly goals and deliver an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• Previous sales management or fitness industry sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales by prospecting, following up on leads, and converting walk-ins into long-term members.
• Manage and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed monthly membership goals.
• Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness in the China Grove, NC area.
• Conduct facility tours and deliver compelling membership presentations to prospective members.
• Track and analyze sales metrics, reporting performance to upper management.
• Build and maintain strong member relationships to drive referrals and reduce attrition.
• Oversee front desk operations and ensure an exceptional member experience.
