Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Personal Training Sales Consultant in Austin to drive fitness programs and pair members with dedicated trainers. You will pursue sales targets while delivering exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

The role combines aggressive lead generation with customer service, offering growth opportunities and a free gym membership as part of the benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
• Passion for health and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team member experience with a positive and motivating approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Aufgaben

• Engage with current or new members daily.
• Take them through the CrunchONE Kickoff- the most important experience in their member journey.
• Set them up with a personal trainer that has the dedication and availability to guide their goals and the dotFIT programs to help them get there and achieve results they thought weren’t possible.
