The successful candidate will engage with leads, provide onboarding support, and support members with concerns to ensure a smooth member journey. This is a frontline sales role in a gym environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service or sales experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and other computer programs.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
