Workout Anytime Dallas is seeking a Fitness Sales Associate to join our gym. As a Fitness Sales Associate, you will help grow membership through referrals, cold calls, and walk-ins, delivering strong customer service and a positive fitness-first experience.

The ideal candidate has sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple leads while maintaining an organized, friendly approach that motivates new members to join and stay engaged.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and prospective members as they arrive at the gym.
• Answer phone calls and assist members.
