We are seeking a Fitness Manager (SM) at The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC. This role involves overseeing the fitness services department, managing staff, and driving sales and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial performance and sales targets
• Oversee personal trainer payroll and expenses
• Coordinate with membership for fitness assessments
• Standardize fitness assessments and presentations
• Develop lead generation strategies
• Set sales goals for fitness staff
• Manage supplement inventory and profit/loss

Team Management:

• Recruit, hire, and onboard personal trainers
• Conduct performance assessments and coaching
• Foster a positive and growth-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

• Passion for fitness and excellent communication skills
• MS Office proficiency and adaptability to new technologies
• Leadership and motivational skills
• Relevant degree or experience in exercise science or related field
• 2+ years sales and fitness industry experience
• Leadership experience managing teams across multiple locations
• CPR & First Aid certification; current PT certification within 60 days

Position Details:

• Full-time, exempt, with varying hours including nights and weekends
• Responsible for leading, hiring, and managing personal trainers
