Job summary

EōS Fitness in San Tan Valley, AZ is seeking a highly motivated Fitness Manager to lead a Personal Training team, drive membership growth, and deliver exceptional fitness experiences. You will spend time on the floor, set appointments, and build member relationships while guiding trainers to extend the same level of service.

Reporting to the District Fitness Manager, you will hire, train, and supervise staff, ensure certifications, manage payroll, and coordinate with departments to meet goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience, fitness/personal training management a plus
• 3-4 years of customer service experience
• Personal Training sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
• Detail oriented with good time management and organization

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and drive membership growth while leading the PT team
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff including PT Managers and Trainers
• Manage payroll for assistants and trainers to ensure timely payment
• Maintain high-quality customer service and address member concerns promptly
• Ensure certifications and safety compliance across the team
• Collaborate with membership sales to onboard new members and drive conversions
• Communicate goals and procedures clearly to other department leaders
