Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience in fitness/personal training preferred.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Personal Training sales experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and supervise a cohesive Personal Training team.
• Achieve sales targets for new personal training agreements.
• Collaborate with membership sales for onboarding new members.
• Manage payroll for team members and ensure timely payments.
• Ensure fitness staff have appropriate certifications and training.
• Provide high-quality customer service and resolve member concerns.
