EōS Fitness is looking for a motivated Fitness Manager in Orlando, Florida. The role involves achieving sales targets and developing a personal training team to provide exceptional fitness experiences to members.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience; fitness/personal training management is a plus.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Personal Training sales experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets month-over-month, driving membership growth.
• Collaborate with the membership sales team to support new member onboarding.
• Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff members.
• Manage the payroll process for Assistant Fitness Managers and personal trainers.
• Ensure all fitness staff have appropriate certifications and training.
