StretchLab Blakeney is seeking a dynamic and proven General Manager to lead our new boutique assisted stretching studio in the Blakeney area in Charlotte, NC. We are looking for a passionate fitness professional with direct experience successfully managing a boutique fitness facility.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of general manager or studio manager experience at a boutique fitness studio or similar upscale fitness concept
  • Consistent track record of driving revenue growth through effective sales, marketing, and operations management
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing membership/package sales processes and achieving sales targets
  • Skilled at hiring, training, and managing a high-performing team of fitness professionals
  • Strong marketing capabilities to build local brand awareness and community engagement
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional, customer-focused experience in a boutique environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think strategically to grow the business
  • College degree preferred but proven boutique fitness management experience is most important

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full P&L responsibility for the studio through revenues from memberships, services, and retail
  • Hire, train and lead a team of stretching professionals and sales associates
  • Implement proven sales processes to drive membership/package sales and maximize revenue
  • Oversee all studio operations, customer service, and team performance
  • Develop and execute strategic local marketing and community engagement plans
  • Ensure superior client experience and high levels of retention
  • Analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve performance
