Job summary

TruFit Athletic Clubs is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead the Odessa, TX fitness department, drive team performance, and help members achieve their goals. You will coach trainers, support onboarding and ongoing staff development, and collaborate with leadership to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

This role values leadership, coaching, communication, and a passion for fitness. You’ll oversee recruitment, scheduling, and daily operations while upholding TruFit’s standards of service,

Qualifications

Requirements

Certifications / Education Level

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Certified Personal Trainer certification (preferred).
• Current CPR and AED certification.

Required Experience

• 1-2 years as a personal trainer.
• Prior management experience in the fitness industry, leading 5- 10+ employees.
• Successful personal sales experience.
