Job summary

TruFit Athletic Clubs in El Paso, TX is hiring a Fitness Manager to lead the fitness department and drive team performance. You will coach trainers to deliver exceptional client outcomes and support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.

Requirements

Certifications / Education Level

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current Certified Personal Trainer certification (preferred).
• Current CPR and AED.

Experience

• 1-2 years as a personal trainer (preferred).
• Prior management experience in the fitness industry, leading 5- 10+ employees (preferred).
• Successful personal sales experience (required).
