Job summary

Retro Fitness is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead personal training inside the club in Delray Beach. You will hire, develop, and manage a team of trainers while driving PT revenue and delivering results to members.

Ideal candidates have active PT certifications, 2+ years of training experience, and the ability to mentor staff. The role offers a base salary with commissions and performance bonuses, plus benefits and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active personal training certification from a recognized organization.
• Two or more years of training experience.
• Experience mentoring or managing trainers preferred.
• Sales experience or willingness to learn.
