About the Role

The Studio Manager will be responsible for driving membership sales and increasing revenue annually by 20% year over year.

Responsibilities

• Making at least 50 phone calls to prospective leads
• Managing a tiny but mighty team

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a fitness or wellness studio preferred
• An active Personal Training or Group Fitness certification preferred

Required Skills

• Basic CRM and Microsoft Office / Google Office experience
• A passion for executing sales tasks, including pop up marketing, B2B and B2C sales
• A love for fitness and bringing it to the local community
• Leading a team and inspiring!

Pay range and compensation package

This is a full time on-site position that will be Monday-Friday, working 45 hours per week.
