We are currently expanding our team and seeking qualified instructors to provide safe, effective Pure Barre classes in accordance with our guidelines. Lead Teachers exemplify our standards and ensure all staff adhere to brand expectations.

• Ability to build client relationships through outstanding customer service

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond
• Confidence to command a room of 25 people energetically
• Musicality to keep rhythm and count to the beat of music
• Background in dance, fitness, cheerleading, or barre concepts

Responsibilities:

• Availability to teach at least 5 classes per week, including mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Thorough planning and preparation for each class, including studying choreography and quarterly updates
• Assist in maintaining studio cleanliness
• Ability to lift hand weights, demonstrate pushups, and sustain high energy during 50-minute classes
• Complete a 4-day training at our corporate centers, including significant at-home study, with a minimum one-year teaching commitment before training
