Planet Fitness PF Supreme is seeking a qualified fitness instructor to lead the PE@PF program and guide members toward their fitness goals in a welcoming, non-intimidating gym environment.

Responsibilities include conducting classes, supervising equipment use, and supporting members on their fitness journeys with a judgment-free approach. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for daily frontline interactions.

Qualifications

• Previous Fitness Trainer/Instructor experience preferred.
• Nationally Certified Training Certificate required.
• A passion for fitness and health!
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability is a must.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and coworkers, exceeding the member’s expectations.
• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.
• Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to properly and safely use the equipment.
• Help to promote our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor, offering assistance and showing support in their fitness journeys while upholding club policies.
• Frequently perform a comprehensive walk of all fitness areas to ensure a great member experience. Quickly address issues as they are identified.
• Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
