Position Summary

NOW HIRING Enthusiastic Fitness Instructors at SPENGA - Rogers Ranch!

Our instructors are essential in leading an incredible fitness experience and act as ambassadors of the SPENGA brand. They should be energetic, confident, well-prepared, visionary in the fitness industry, and compassionate towards our members.

All instructors undergo the SPENGA certification program for Spin, strength, and yoga to learn how to lead efficient, effective workouts and inspire others through fitness.

Qualifications

• Must have personal/group training fitness certification; Spin and yoga certifications are a plus
• Group fitness experience
• Willingness to learn and adapt to our innovative fitness philosophy
• Ability to multi-task and command a room
• Motivation and drive
• Energy and confidence
• Experience and/or certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Spinning, Yoga
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Must complete in-house instructor training and pass an audition

Job Requirements

• Complete SPENGA Certification in Spin, strength, and yoga
• Teach classes with Spin, strength, and yoga components
• Availability for early morning and/or late classes
• Create and lead workouts based on the SPENGA model
• Safely motivate groups of up to 20 participants during fast-paced workouts
• Modify exercises to accommodate various fitness levels
• Retain and grow client participation
• Set up and reset studio equipment before and after classes
• Promote, sell, and embody the SPENGA culture both inside and outside the studio

Compensation: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour

With over 50 studios and 250 territories sold, we are continually expanding our team of instructors, sales staff, managers, and operators. We provide comprehensive training through our LMS and live sessions with our corporate team.
