Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide seeks a clubTHRIVE Fitness Instructor to deliver resort-style fitness classes and personalized training for Owners and guests. You will lead energetic sessions across aqua, cardio, strength, mind body, and outdoor activities, promoting health and well-being in a vacation setting.

Applicants must obtain a group fitness certification within 30 days of hire; RUN level personal training certification may be required within 90 days.

• Instruct group fitness classes to varied guest abilities.

• Instruct personalized, small group, semi-private and one-on-one sessions.

Responsibilities

• Instruct group fitness classes (e.g., aqua aerobics, cardio/strength, mind body) for Owners and guests.
• Assess guests' fitness levels and develop personalized exercise plans within program standards.
• Obtain group fitness certification within 30 days; personal training certification within 90 days if RUN level offered.
• Maintain professional appearance and safety at all times.
• Support a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

As a clubTHRIVE Fitness Instructor you have the opportunity to make fitness fun by delivering classes tailored to the vacation lifestyle. Our programs are built around four focus areas: Refuel, Renew, Move and Explore; designed to make vacations healthy and uplifting - benefiting both physical and mental well-being.
