Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is hiring energetic Fitness Coaches to lead our science-backed, coach-inspired workouts in-studio. You’ll motivate members, guide form, and educate on heart-rate based training to maximize results.

We seek candidates with AED/CPR certification and a current Orangetheory-approved fitness certification, ready to support members and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced studio network.

Qualifications

• AED/CPR certified.
• Current fitness certification from an Orangetheory-approved provider.
• Ability to lead and motivate groups in a class setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through predefined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve SMART goals.
• Offer form corrections and exercise options with safety as a priority.
• Explain the science behind workouts, including heart-rate training benefits.
• Demonstrate equipment usage proficiently in every workout.
• Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player.

Position Overview

We are looking for coaches who can make our members feel seen, and that they’re an integral part of the hour you spend together. Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after they’ve left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout.

As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:

• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
• Helping members set and achieve S.M.A.R.T goals
• Offering form corrections and exercise options, safety if our priority!
• Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training and educating our members on its benefits
• Knowledge of every piece of equipment and able to demonstrate usage in every workout.
• Positive attitude and being a team player

Additionally, you’ll need to meet these requirements:

• AED/CPR certified
• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
