POSITION: Fitness Instructor

We are seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to lead up to 20 participants through the signature Pure Barre experience. Instructors are the heart of our studio and play a key role in creating a welcoming, motivating, and provide a results-driven environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach a minimum of 5 Pure Barre classes per week between 9am-1:30pm.
• Thoroughly prepare for each class, arrive on time, prepared, and ready to inspire clients.
• Learn and master new choreography updates on a quarterly basis.
• Demonstrate physical fitness by performing exercises such as hand weight series and full-body pushups.
• Deliver a high-energy, 50-minute class with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Outgoing, confident, enthusiastic personality, with proven ability to work with a team.
• A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Strong customer service skills and a desire to build relationships with clients.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Ability to lead and energize a room of up to 20 people
• Musicality: Able to stay on beat and count music accurately, using 8 count phrasing.
• Background in dance, fitness, cheerleading, or barre is required.

Training Commitment:

• Completion of an instructor training online with guidance, but requirement for self motivation.
• Must complete significant at-home study and preparation to become certified.
• A minimum one-year teaching commitment is required before attending the in-person training.
• Pay starts at $27 per class.

Compensation: $27.00 per hour
