The Clifton is a vibrant fitness center located at Druid Hills Golf Club in the Atlanta area. We are seeking a friendly Front Desk Attendant to greet members, answer inquiries, and support membership processing while promoting our classes and services.

This role offers opportunities to teach group fitness classes if certified and experienced, and requires strong customer service and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer software and data entry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a welcoming attitude.
• Answer calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
• Address member concerns and resolve issues.
• Provide information about gym facilities, programs, and services.
• Process membership registrations, renewals, and cancellations.
• Manage member accounts and update information as needed.
• Process payments and maintain records.
• Schedule appointments for personal training and group classes.
• Maintain a clean front desk area.
• Replenish food, beverages, and retail merchandise.
• Promote fitness services and merchandise.
• Inform members about offers and promotions.
• Assist with facility tours.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
