We are seeking a substitute/as-needed Fitness Floor Attendant to join our team at our client's fitness center in Swiftwater, PA. This position involves providing exercise floor supervision and interacting with members and participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with participants, monitor equipment, and ensure safety.
  • Greet members, answer questions, respond to requests at the front desk, and input data into the membership system.
  • Maintain the facility, ensuring cleanliness and stocked supplies.
  • Understand and follow Emergency Medical Procedures.
  • Demonstrate and instruct proper use of exercise equipment.
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • CPR/AED & First Aid certifications from recognized organizations required within 30 days of hire.
  • Prior fitness and customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Effective organization and ability to work independently or in a team.

Compensation: $16.00/hr - $17.00/hr, depending on experience and qualifications.
