Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a Fitness Floor Attendant at our Littleton, CO site to supervise the exercise floor, greet and assist members, and input data into the membership system. You will help maintain a clean facility and ensure equipment safety while following emergency procedures on site.

The role requires 18+ years, a HS diploma or GED, and CPR/First Aid certifications. Prior fitness and customer service experience are preferred, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills to work

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Adult CPR/AED & First Aid certifications from the American Red Cross, the American Heart Association, or the American Safety & Health Institute required.
• Prior fitness and customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Computer application knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) strongly preferred.
• Physical demands require having the ability to lift up to 40 lb. weights for restacking.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills including the ability to motivate others.
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity.

About the role

HealthFitness is looking for a Fitness Floor Attendant to sub at our corporate client site in Littleton, CO.

Responsible for providing exercise floor supervision and interacting with members and program participants within the fitness center.

The compensation range for this role is $20 - $22/hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
