Fitness Equipment Service Engineer

Location: Denver, CO (Field-Based/Remote Work)

Salary: $68K

Our client is a world leader in the design and manufacture of fitness equipment and solutions for private homes, fitness clubs, hotels, spas, rehabilitation centers, corporate gyms, universities, professional sports facilities, and more. As a Fitness Equipment Service Engineer, you'll play a key role installing, maintaining, and servicing their premium fitness equipment — ensuring every client has the best experience possible.

What You'll Do:

  1. Execute jobs following defined Standard Operating Procedures
  2. Meet performance targets like TTS, FTFR, and JMR3
  3. Manage your inventory of spare parts with accuracy
  4. Educate customers on proper use and maintenance of equipment
  5. Perform root cause analysis and identify solutions
  6. Complete work orders and service reports accurately
  7. Provide structured feedback on product issues
  8. Communicate ETAs and updates to customers
  9. Escalate and reassign service calls when needed
  10. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle in safe condition
  11. Follow all health & safety guidelines

Qualifications:

  1. 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
  2. Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Communications, or related field
  3. Strong mechanical and electronic troubleshooting skills
  4. Comfortable using mobile tools and apps
  5. Basic knowledge of IT networking is a plus
  6. Experience managing service orders and customer requests
  7. A team player with strong communication and transparency
