Job summary

Texas Power Bars is seeking a dependable, organized individual for a part-time on-site Customer Service role. You will assist customers, enter and manage orders, and coordinate with production and shipping teams. A background in fitness or gym equipment helps when answering product questions and recommendations.

You’ll respond to inquiries by phone and email, process orders, track shipments, and provide friendly, professional service while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order-entry, or retail/e-commerce
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to learn product details and confidently assist customers

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions by phone and email in a friendly, professional manner.
• Enter customer, dealer, wholesale, and special orders accurately into company systems.
• Review orders for products, quantities, pricing, and shipping details; update records accordingly.
• Process order changes, refunds, returns, and warranty claims as needed.
• Track shipments and assist with delays, damages, or incorrect deliveries; coordinate with teams for updates.
• Provide basic product recommendations based on customer training needs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and orders; support data-entry and general office tasks.
• Assist with light warehouse duties during busy periods as needed.
