EōS Fitness is looking for a motivated Fitness Counselor to enhance our membership through effective sales and customer support. The role involves managing membership billing processes and providing excellent customer service in a dynamic team environment.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively, possess strong attention to detail, and be CPR certified within 30 days. Responsibilities

• Membership Sales (Club and Individual – including services, products, programs)
• Manage membership billing processes and fitness sales pipeline.
• Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)
• Act as an information hub, offering comprehensive knowledge of products, programs, and events.

Qualifications

• Communicate well with members and fellow team members with a customer service mentality.
• Team player and willing to jump into any task and get it done.
• Possess strong mathematical, analytical, and sales skills.
• Able to work independently, multi‑task in a fast‑paced and demanding work environment.
• Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high‑quality work.
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology, ability to quickly shift focus, and phone etiquette.

Requirements

• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capability to bend and kneel for extended periods to access equipment and perform maintenance tasks.

Compensation

Pay: $16.90 – $17.90 USD per hour
