Gold's Gym in Midlothian, IL is hiring outgoing, fitness-minded people to connect with guests, set appointments, and give engaging gym tours. You’ll explain membership options, answer questions, and track follow-ups with a friendly, responsive approach.

Our team emphasizes training, collaboration, and growth—expect ongoing coaching, team meetings, and opportunities for advancement as you build sales skills and help members start their fitness journeys.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (college a plus).
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfort using basic computer tools.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Chat with potential members, set appointments, and give gym tours.
• Follow up with leads and stay organized.
• Stay up to date on promos and membership options.
• Work closely with a supportive team and keep leveling up your sales skills.
• Attend team meetings and complete training (we'll help you every step of the way).

Compensation

$13.00 per hour
