24 Hour Fitness in Carlsbad, CA seeks a dynamic Fitness Coach to deliver personalized and small-group training that drives results and builds client relationships. You will grow your own book of business by providing engaging coaching and accountability, while delivering a premium training experience.

As you expand your client base, you’ll earn through base pay plus session premiums, commissions, and incentives, with earning potential increasing as you add sessions and retain clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; CPR/AED certification; CPT certification or related degree.
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow a client base through high-quality training and consistent client results.
• Sales mindset with ability to identify client needs and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Strong foundation in exercise science, program design, and safe, effective movement coaching.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills to motivate and train clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal and small group training sessions that drive results and retention.
• Grow and retain a strong client base through consultative selling and referrals.
• Design personalized fitness programs tailored to client goals.
• Build genuine relationships and provide exceptional service to keep clients motivated.
