The Exercise Coach - Woodbury is hiring for a coaching role focused on One-on-One and small group strength sessions using Exerbotics equipment. You will run initial consultations, convert visits into memberships, and monitor client progress in strength, mobility, and balance.

Successful candidates are passionate about health and strength, have strong communication, and reliable follow-through. Training on our methods and shift flexibility to fit around school or family is offered.

Qualificações

• Degree or certification in exercise science, kinesiology, PT, athletic training, nursing or coaching is a plus.
• Experience in teaching, hospitality, or any job where people came back because of you. We train the rest.
• You will be trained on evidence based strength equipment and get a pay raise after coursework.

Responsabilidades

• Lead One-on-One and Small Group sessions on Exerbotics equipment.
• Run initial consultations and turn first visits into members.
• Track client strength, mobility and balance results, and coach clients on what the numbers mean.
• Deliver coach assisted stretching (hands-on) and balance training.
• Coach clients on nutrition and metabolic health.
• Own your studio metrics: retention, session volume, client satisfaction
