Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
2. Helping members set and achieve goals
3. Ensuring proper exercise form and providing corrections
4. Understanding the science behind our workouts and heart-rate training
5. Being a team player
6. Availability to coach at least 8 classes/week
7. Immersing yourself in studio culture

Qualifications

• Current fitness certification from approved organizations (ACE, NASM, AFAA, NSCA, ACSM); current AED/CPR certification; 10+ hours of continuing education annually
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and heart rate-based training; 2+ years of personal training experience preferred; familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and customer service orientation

Physical Requirements

Must be able to demonstrate exercises, lift up to 80 pounds, and be on your feet during workouts. Accommodations available for disabilities.
