Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking Fitness Coaches to lead coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts in a dynamic studio environment. You will motivate members, ensure proper form, and implement heart-rate based training to maximize results.

Compensation ranges from $30 to $45 per session with base pay plus bonuses for certified trainers. A six-month track to become Head Fitness Coach with pay increases is offered, along with PTO, stipends, and team-based training

• Ability to connect with and motivate others.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements

• No degree is needed. We require a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent) or the ability to obtain a certification.
• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.
