Orangetheory Fitness in Marlborough, MA is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and heart-rate focused workouts. No degree is required; a national fitness certification is required, or the ability to obtain one.

Position Overview

OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

Day In The Life of a Fitness Coach:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout

Requirements
