We are actively hiring OTF-certified Coaches to join our team immediately. Our studio is short‑staffed and we are looking for reliable, experienced Orangetheory coaches who can step in quickly and help us maintain a strong member experience.

Requirements

• Current Orangetheory Fitness Coach Certification
• National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or other NCCA-equivalent)
• Strong mic presence and confidence leading groups
• Dependability, consistency, and a teamwork mindset
